HOW TO REDEEM YOUR SESSIONS

After your membership payment is processed, you will receive 4 unique redemption codes via email for your current billing cycle. 

To Book, visit our Private Training Sessions page, select an available 30-minute membership training session, and enter one redemption code at checkout. Each code can be redeemed for one Member Only 30-minute session.

Please keep your codes until all four have been redeemed.

PLEASE NOTE

• Redemption codes are valid only during the billing cycle in which they are issued and do not roll over. All four sessions must be booked and used before the codes expire at the end of your current billing cycle.
• When your membership successfully renews for the next month, your previous codes will expire and 4 new redemption codes will be sent to you via email.
• Appointments are subject to availability, so we recommend booking your sessions early in your billing cycle to secure your preferred dates and times.
• Memberships are non-transferable. Your membership, session codes, and member benefits cannot be shared or transferred. The rider associated with the membership must be the person redeeming the codes and attending the sessions.
• Prices are subject to change at any time, you’ll be notified prior to your next billing cycle if price is adjusted.
